Define The Structure and Roles To Support Innovation
With staff trained and motivated to participate in the program of innovation, it is necessary to define a structure, whether formal or informal, to support innovation efforts. This structure will be the “bridge” that will allow the ideas are not lost and come to the innovation system of the company.
