Define The Structure and Roles To Support Innovation
With staff trained and motivated to participate in the program of innovation, it is necessary to define a structure, whether formal or informal, to support innovation efforts. This structure will be the “bridge” that will allow the ideas are not lost and come to the innovation system of the company.
There must be someone who devotes a percentage of their time coordinating innovation in the enterprise and should be leaders or guides in each area of the company to dedicate a percentage of their time to stimulate the generation of ideas and help implement innovative projects. Continue reading
