A company is like a tree to plant; requires time and care before it can bear fruit. If we begin to prune the tree when it is still small and growth, become a “bonsai” (tree dwarf), or worse, dried and die. In other words, if the owner of a company “removed” resources beyond the capacity of it, will become one of two things: remain dwarf or die.
For this happens, the owner must be himself only as the administrator or “steward” of the company, or someone who has been entrusted your care and to be delivered to the real owner. In my experience, i have seen small businesses grow rapidly when the owners truly apply this principle. How To ensure that this “relationship” is fair?
